Amazon Reseller to WooCommerce Not Mapping Name and Address of Buyer

  • Hello, not sure if anyone else has had this same problem, but when a sale occurs on Amazon, it returns it the sale correctly to WooCommerce but with name and address fields are blank for both Billing and Shipping info.

    Under Orders in WooComerce, it says…

    #815 Byuer first name not available Buyer last name not available….

    It seems this data is not being mapped correctly. Any ideas?

    Hi Peter, Due to the recent updates in the Amazon policy, Amazon has limited the Personal Identifiable Information. Amazon doesn’t allow the valuable information of the buyers’ information to the third-party plugins. That’s why that information was blank. You can find more about this on here
