Receiving an invoice

  • I am simply trying to get an invoice for the purchase of Wow Modal Windows Pro, and I cannot get ANYONE to respond.

    I sent an email to support; however, I have already done this previously and have received NO RESPONSE.

    Check the settings of your email.

    We already receive the Mail delivery report with next content:

    host d106083a.ess.barracudanetworks.com [209.222.82.138]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    550 permanent failure for one or more recipients
