Name and email address pre-filled

    Hi,

    Thank you for your plugin. We are testing it for a customer and we have an issue.

    Every product page where the button is placed has the website name and email pre-filled so the visitor must remove them before entering his own. Even if the page is not cached it seems that the plugin places this data inside. Is this the case?

    (The website is in Bulgarian but I suppose you will find out how it works.)

  • Hi @denra, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    However, we checked that on our site, as you can see there is no such pre-filled email /name issue here : https://www.loom.com/share/86ab82a4f81e40beae76f254b8a513e9

    Now that, you are facing this issue, it might be coming from some other plugin.
    Just to be sure, can you please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Catalog enquiry and check again.
