Confusing receipt

We are using PPOM to allow a visitor to choose a manufacturer, and then see a list of color options (images) available from that manufacturer. The issue is when the receipt is created, it shows not only the color they selected, but apparently an entry from any other manufacturer they looked at. The result is an order notification that we can’t determine what the customer ordered. Here is an example: https://tinyurl.com/ya9phtas

I don’t think this is causing it but one thing I did was to make the ‘default’ selection, or the first option for each manufacturer, a placeholder of a white color with the words Choose Color….other wise, the visitor sees the first color of the manufacturer’s options right away..I want them to see the ‘Choose Color’ so I used the white image as the first color in the list.
