[NSFW] leads creation problem

    Hello,

    I am using Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce plugin for web2lead creating. when I submit form that time in salesforce lead is create but in salesforce listing, leads is showing not provided , is this problem in salesforce or in this plugin. https://prnt.sc/teqrte
