I am having issues with the site I am working on.

When I set up WooCommerce, at the shop and product page, the “add to cart” button isn’t showing. The supposed to be “add to cart” button is showing “contact now” and is leading to the contact page instead of going to the cart or checkout page. Also, the cart icon isn’t showing on my header (only displaying, “No products in the cart”) and when I go to dashboard product>all products, the prices aren’t showing, though I indicate them when I added variable products.

Another thing, the heart for the wishlist looks weird (heart not on the center of the circle). It doesn’t look premium ??

I’m using Revo Theme, and I recommended this theme to the client I am working on now.
Any advice to make the Shop work properly?

I’m hoping someone can help me solve these issues as soon as possible.

    Thank you in advance.

By default in core WooCommerce there is no functionality for replacing the “Add to Cart” button with “Contact Now”, and there is also no built-in Wishlist functionality. Those both sound like things that would be added by another plugin (or possibly code in your theme).

Additionally, many themes also override the default mini-cart in header functionality.

To narrow down what might be causing these issues, I would recommend a conflict test. To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issues are resolved. If they are, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

You can read about testing for conflicts in our documentation here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your time. Do you mean there’s a conflict with the Revo theme and WooCommerce?

Basically, after activating WooCommerce the add to cart button and the mini-cart should be there on the header, right?

The wishlist icon is not really a big deal, and yes, that’s from a plug-in.

But, how about the prices not showing up? Do you think I am missing something here?

    Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your time

You’re very welcome! Happy to help. : )

Do you mean there’s a conflict with the Revo theme and WooCommerce?

Not necessarily, but it’s possible. If a theme declares support for WooCommerce, then they usually do their best to keep up to date with changes to maintain compatibility. However, sometimes it takes themes a bit of time to release new updates to stay compatible with the latest versions of WordPress/WooCommerce. I would recommend reaching out to the Revo theme support team to ask about that — their support should be available here:

Basically, after activating WooCommerce the add to cart button and the mini-cart should be there on the header, right?

Generally, yes. As long as the products have a price set and are “In Stock”, then they should have an “Add to Cart” button. And by default with most themes, there will also be a mini-cart displayed in the header as well (although some themes override the styling/functionality/etc of this).

But, how about the prices not showing up? Do you think I am missing something here?

Please double check to make sure that all of your products and individual variations have prices set, are In Stock, and are Enabled (for variations):

I see your site is currently behind a “Coming Soon” wall, so I was not able to take a look at the site.

If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your suggestions. I reached out to the Revo theme support team, yesterday but I haven’t received any reply from them yet.

Yes. I set the product’s price, variation is enabled, and products’ are marked “In Stock”, but the prices aren’t showing, and there’s no “Add to Cart” button and a mini-cart displayed in the header

You’re right the I haven’t launched the site. I need to fix the issues first.

I’ll wait for the Revo theme support team first. Then, I’ll do your last suggestion of copy-pasting the “Copy for support”, if they don’t get back to me until Tuesday.

Have a great day, and thank you.

    Hi,
I am facing the same problem. Please help!

Resolved: You need to deactivate this Plugin (Sw Woocommerce Catalog Mode).

I was facing the same problem. Thank you @zeianshah. Indeed Sw Woocommerce Catalog Mode plugin is the problem. Thank you!
