Doesn’t work in Lightbox

Hello,

I have got the contact form in a contact page (https://www.telasdelpozohogar.com/contacto/) and it works correctly, but when I put it in a product page through a shortcode so that it appears inside a lightbox it displays correctly but it doesn’t work. I have noticed that it removes the <form> tag. https://www.telasdelpozohogar.com/tienda/telas-online/patchwork/algodon-enero-mostaza/

How can I solve that?
