Everything is working great. All emails are sent correctly, they only issue is that a copy of the sent email goes to the inbox. I don’t have any filter in gmail, does anyone have any idea?

  • Hi @wpmarnuc ,

When you get a chance, could you please let me know if the test emails sent from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test are also sent to the connected account’s email address? The emails sent should be in the ‘Sent’ directory instead of the inbox. There might also be other plugins sending a copy of the email to the administrator. You might also want to install some email logging plugin to find out the source of the duplicate email.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes test email are working correctly, and they arrive to the Sent directory and to the inbox as well. I just don’t want them to arrive to the inbox.

    Hi @wpmarnuc,

Thanks for the confirmation. It might be something like add-on or extension within your mailbox creating the behaviour or another plugin is sending every email to you. You might want to install email logging plugin to see if the duplicate emails are actually sent or not. If the duplicate email is actually sent, you might want to identify the conflicting plugin. Here’s a tutorial that might help you to troubleshoot the issue.

    I hope this helps!
