[Plugin: WordPress Navigation List Plugin NAVT] NAVT list display on wrong categories

Hi, I’ve really enjoyed your plugin over the years and have used it on multiple sites. I’m encountering a problem where created NAVT menus are being displayed in categories I’m explicitly telling them not to show up.
It’s particularly happening with two menus I have. They are both displayed on different sub sections of my site. Right now I’m in the development stage looking to launch by the new year.
The two sections that are being infected are:

https://phoenix.lifeteen.com/?cat=81It’s a complex site with 72 categories that are very specific. I’m not sure if the complexity of the categories has anything to do with the menus not being properly displayed. Thanks for the help.
