Disable the shipping methods

Hey,
Such a great plugin. Apparently this plugin does disable all the shipping methods as well. Is there a way to prevent this?Here’s what we ware trying to archive;
We would like to accept orders without payment in order to confirm the stock availability from our suppliers.

Currently, the shipping methods are not controlled by this plugin.You may refer to this Woocommerce document https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/hide-other-shipping-methods-when-free-shipping-is-available/
Alternatively, you can disable all shipping methods from Woocommerce backend
Actually your suggestion is excellent but in the current scenario, I do not have a timeline to roll this feature as of now.
