    Hi,

till now I’ve been adding custom CSS to Proteo theme via Code Snippets plugin and everything was working great. But all of a sudden my custom CSS stop working. I didn’t change anything to my setup or the Code Snippets plugin. I did not update any plugins and I did not forgot somewhere any PHP/JS/HTML/CSS brace open or similar. My code is still being printed inside <style></style> but it does not work. However, if I add the exactly same code to the custom CSS field via ‘Appearance > Customize’ it works.

When I refresh the page is like a glitch. For a second my CSS is being applied but then revoked and the default style applies again and remains to the page. I do have ‘!important’ to my CSS but it is no help.

I also get a 404 error for the ‘/wp-content/themes/yith-proteo/style.css.map’ file. I don’t think it is relateb but still…

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris

After all it was a css comment that somehow I forgot to close and it was not highlighted by the editor that was causing the problem.
