My website not loading not even my /wp-admin section because that

    I installed this plugin to block all countries except mine, i.e. India. After a while even I am not able to load my website, nor it’s wp-admin section.
    I think I didn’t checked the checkbox to allow logged in users.
    Please do help me ASAP, I am losing on customers every hour.

    Our testing showing the connection halted during the server level and not able to reach to the application level.

    Please check with your hosting provider for the issue. It looks like a hosting environment issue instead of a plugin issue.

    I have been using Google Cloud Platform for hosting and it never caused any such issue. This started after activating ip2location only.
    Can you please deactivate the plugin from your end?
    If required I will share the needed credentials. I just want my website back on track.

    You can delete the plugin from the plugins/ folder.

    I can’t access my plugins folder because neither filezilla nor wp-admin is accessible because it is blocking me from backend, frontend everywhere.
    Can you please deactivate it from your end?

    Your website problem is not causing by the plugin. It’s impossible to block your FTP access just by a plugin.

    Hopefully you can help me. Sometimes my site doesn’t load. It just previews a list with a white backround. If if does load it takes forever. It takes forever to log into my WP admin. I’m now unable to even open Elementor to make any updates. This site is very new and I’ve not had any issues like this before. Any help would be appreciated.

    @jerrycherryband Please check yuor server log for any possible error. Make sure you enabled the debugging log as well for check the detailed message.
