I’ve already added them in my About page.

I was looking for social media icons at the footer of my posts. At the moment, I’m using Ultimate Social Media Icons’ plugin, but that doesn’t seem to work well – misplaced at the posts footer (extreme left) and on clicking it leads to nowhere.

Can the built-in theme version be used for posts footer (incase, reader wants to share it on his social media)? Or any other alternative?

Ah, you can use any social icons plugin for that, it’s not theme-specific.
