    Hello,

I have the same problem as @shaunbowen, Can’t exit page without “Changes that you made may not be saved.”
It happens only when I use the page builder and when I put Contact Form 7 shortcode in the content.
My themes and plugins are all update, and when I try to replicate the problem on a new page the problem still persist.
    Thanks in advance, Gabi

    Hi Gabi

    Thanks for reaching out.

At the moment, I can’t replicate the issue using a CF7 shortcode in a SiteOrigin Editor widget.

    * Which browser are you using?
    * Which editor, Classic or Block Editor?
    * Which widget are you inserting the shortcode into?
    * Does the issue persist if you temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin (quick test, shouldn’t take more than two minutes).
    * Which version of WordPress are you using?
    * Which version of PHP do you have installed on your server? You can use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/ to find out.
    * Which company is your site hosted with?

Within our premium support scope, a user has sent us a cloned site which we’ve installed locally and tested on. We haven’t been able to replicate the issue so far.

    Thanks again.

Hi, can you give me your email and will send you all the information, thanks

We offer email support as part of SiteOrigin Premium. The WordPress forum moderators also prefer a topic that is worked through in this location so it’s readable for other users.

If the name of your hosting company is the item you’d prefer not to share here, you could leave that out, we’ll attempt to recreate your setup using the information provided.

    Thanks

A quick test you might run first if you haven’t already is as follows:

    * Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin.
    * Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

Does the issue persist in this state?

To add to the above, if the issue does persist in the test state (default theme, only SiteOrigin plugins), does the issue persist if you use another browser, preferably one without browser extensions installed.

No problem, here are the answer at your questions:

    I use Chrome as browser
    Classic Editor
I am inserting the shortcode into Visual Editor widget
When I switch to default theme Twenty Twenty and deactivate all non SiteOrigin plugins, the issue is gone, but then I activate CF7 the problem is here again
    Wordpress 5.4.2.
    Php 7.2.31.

    Thanks again, best regards Gabi

Super, thanks. My testing setup is pretty close to what you’re working with. I just read a similar thread that mentioned perhaps this could be related to a Chrome extension auto-filling fields. Does this issue persist if you try to recreate it in Firefox or another browser?

    (@gabihrv)

Yes in Chrome and in Firefox too, will try in Opera.

Thanks. If possible, please, also try in Chrome with all extensions disabled.

Done that, the problem is still there.
Also deactivated all non siteorogin plugins in chrome, firefox and opera, problem is still there.

Thanks for your feedback and for running these tests. We’re still investigating the issue on our end but, unfortunately, don’t have any other updates today.

Does the issue persist with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated and a default theme like Twenty Nineteen activated?

    (@gabihrv)

    Hello,

    yes it persist.
So I did another test, on another site, the theme is Ascend Premium. I updated plugins one by one, and when I updated Page Builder to 2.11.0. the same problem occurred on pages with page builder instaled and CF7 on it. On pages with no Page Builder there were no problems.
The problem persist even on new pages that I create.
It must be some conflicgt with Page Builder and CF7.

Thanks for your help, it’s most appreciated. If possible, could you rollback Page Builder to a version before 2.11.0 and try to confirm if that version specifically causes the issue? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/ makes this task relatively quick and easy.

Hello, I rolled back on theme Twenty Twenty to version 2.10.16. and there is no problem.
