Duplicate order

    Hello There,

    We are one of our customers,

    That was really good to hear that you’re offering service called, sequence order,

    I imported 9000+ orders from an old site into a new WC site and used your plugin to maintain order number sequence as old site.

    But I have a problem with that, it is creating me duplicated can you help me to figure it out the problem, please

    Our last order number is 18841010650 it is supposed to start 18841010651

    now we received one new order from a customer after site live: 18841010621, this is making duplicates I will make a problem for the invoice,

    Can you help to set a perfect setting from the plugin, please:

    I can able to see Enter Prefix: & Enter Start Number:

    Looking forward to your help to figure it out the problem

    Hi @alphastorekw,

    By default, if you save the setting, choosing a prefix and starting number, all existing orders will be affected.

    As a workaround, you can change the start value and prefix from the database and this will start the new orders with new numbers.

    Edit and set the value of prefix under wt_sequence_order_number_prefix meta key and wt_last_order_number.
