    How are user levels controlled in wordpress?

    Im using a plugin called EasySMS and its been developed in a way that only the admins can send an SMSmessage…

    I really would like to add the Editor to be able to send out an SMS, where are these kinda setting controlled/set, is it within the plugin??? If so, what kinda code should I be looking for?
