PRO _ Email to user after purchase

Hi,
I’ve recently bought PRO version, and have to say that was complicated to get support for this plugin.
The thing is, in documentation yo explain how to “link” purchasable product with eroom meeting or webinar created. which a did with no problem.
The thing is, once an user buy the product, is not receiving any link to access the event. WordPress only send the purchase email with no link. If I tick the “virtual” tick box on product, the links is to buy the product, but no for the conference.

Very similar happens with emed records, user can buy, but when purchased, email not sending any link to watch the recording.

P.s. As Im developing this for a client Im using my zoom account to test, so I wasn’t be able to test with webinars, just room meetings
