Preload Mode

  • I’m not sure should I enable it or not. If I don’t enable Preload Mode, will “Preload Cache Now” still work if I press it? Then should I wait and press again “cancel cache Preload”?!
    My site is not updated frequently. Could you please recommend enable it or not, there are some articles found on the internet which says that it can harm SEO if for example the website has both www and non www version which is my case.

  • If you don’t update very often then don’t bother preloading, and set the garbage collection time to 0 to disable it.

    Look up how to redirect the www. hostname to non-www using .htaccess rules. That’s beyond the scope of this plugin.
