Print Receipt Issues

    I purchased the addon printer extension and there has been so much issues. First,
    when order print on the right side is being cut off even there are still half inch of space left. And the font is very tiny, like font 8pt very hard to see.

    and the printer receipt is like being scale down to 75%. How do I fix all of this? I brought the extension less than a week.
