2nd time with wp-includes error

  • A week ago I got this same error. I could not fix it by uploading wp-includes or renaming plug-ins. I deleted the entire blog and reinstalled the upgrade from 2.8.5 to 2.8.6.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home2/abecedar/public_html/centrifugalreflection/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 1034

    I have the exact same error this morning. What is up with this? I’ve only been up and running for three days. I did not customize the blog in ANY way by adding any plug-ins. I changed nothing. All I did was write three posts in three days. What is wrong!?
