    We are setting up the MailPoet system. Initially we had imported our list being used by an older plugin. And we sent an email by mistake to the list before everything was ready.

    Immediately we got a notice that MailPoet was blocking sending from our account, because too many of the list emails were bad.

    We are going to start again with a new empty list. But how do we get sending turned back on? Thanks.

  • I had the same issue and this works out.
    1. Go on the MailPoet settings.
    2. Then Advanced, and at the bottom find “Reinstall from Scratch” and hit the Reinstall button.
    3. Just follow the steps in there and make sure the email that is sending from on the first step is from your domain and not a gmail, yahoo, etc.
    4. Then you need to create your forms again.
