• Any idea on why this may be, or how to possibly fix?

For users who aren’t logged in — obvious issue, as they do not have the option to “Save a Cart” (even though they can generate a post/cart with the other links under the default wcssc_user).

So if a non logged in user clicks Share Cart, then clicks ‘copy to clipboard’.. it seems to be functioning properly at first glance. The cart is added to the “Saved Cart” section in the admin panel, the cart_hash is added to the database, so forth.

But the link has no content. It is just a blank default page and does not even load the single-saved-cart.php template.

The only way for me to get the plugin to work is if a user is logged in… and a user first clicks “Save Cart” (if they immediately try to share or generate a link to copy, it doesn’t display anything on the generated link/doesn’t load the cart hash or template…).

After it is officially saved, the plugin works as expected.

    Hi,

Can you please confirm if you are using latest version of the plugin 2.0.5 and latest version of WooCommerce 4.3.0?

If you are using latest versions of both plugins, it would be helpful if you can list steps to reproduce the issue as I have tried to reproduce the problem, but every time I click “Save Cart” (non-logged in state), I can see the cart template.

    Regards,
    Ankit G.

Thanks for the quick reply. Am going to look into this more after I get the chance to update my woocommerce version hopefully soon. Currently in dev mode and haven’t updated since March at v4.0.1.
Hopefully this upgrade will fix it?! I will have to wait and see.
