Incremental Backups Not Deleted In Drive

Whilst regular file and database backups are being deleted after the specified retention quota is met, incremental backups are remaining in the Google Drive folder, causing a large buildup of storage use.

Is there a setting somewhere I may have missed that specifies how many increments to retain or am I expected to manually delete these myself on a regular basis?
