The section below the “Current Blocks” filter input has disappeared! The sortable table of IP Addresses is not showing up no matter what. I cannot make blocks permanent.

    Things I’ve tried:
    -deactivating all plugins but Wordfence
    -deleting and reinstalling Wordfence
-investigating the database for a character
    -Reinstalling WordPress
-Deleting caches (Comet Cache & Cloudflare)
-Deleting all Wordfence tables from the database before reinstalling

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you please try from a different device (mobile perhaps) and also try using Incognito mode to see if you notice any difference. This is typically due to a plugin conflict, as I see you’ve tested for.

Also, please check the browser console for errors. Once you have the console open, refresh the Blocking page and screenshot anything you see.

Can you confirm you’re using a default theme to test, as well? If not, try using the Twenty Twenty or Twenty Nineteen theme and trying again, with only Wordfence enabled.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Thanks for the reply.

I used Wordfence Assistant and deleted all of the data from Wordfence, and that did nothing.

I checked this in Chrome (as opposed to my default Firefox) in Incognito and the data didn’t display there.

Nor did it display when switching themes to Twenty Twenty.

I have two other multi-site wordpress installations running nearly the same plugins on the same server, and neither of those is experiencing this problem. Unlike those to multi-sites, this is a single installation.

Here is a screengrab of the console errors as I believe they pertain to this problem.

I am using the Compass Theme on the site that has the problem.

    A few things:

Can you please send over diagnostics via the following:

Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Mail to wftest @ wordfence . com

Please reference your forum username in that second field.

It will be good to check if there are any must-use plugins (mu-plugins) that weren’t deactivated when you deactivated the other plugins and tested with the default theme. It is possible something is modifying the loading of js.

You can try the following in your wp-config.php file to see if it makes a difference:

    define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

Also, for the Loading failed for the <script with source "...wordfence/js/Chart.bundle.min.1594219913.js?ver=2.4.0". — it would be good to find that request in the Network tab of the browser console and see if it’s a 404 or not, and also check if that (or any other Wordfence files) are actually missing from the installation.

I did nothing and the problem magically went away. Not sure if you all did something (like push an update), or something through the API, or if data just pushed a problem out of the database, but I thank you nonetheless.

I’m happy to push a system snapshot over if you still want to, but this issue is resolved.

I think I changed the memory limits for Wordfence in case that helps anyone else.

Glad to hear the issue resolved!

If you could, please send updated diagnostics to wftest @ wordfence . com and I’ll take a look to see if anything stands out.

Let us know if you run into any other issues.

    Thanks,

Strange, this issue came back tonight. I pushed a diagnostic report both before I saw the issue again, and after I saw the issue.

Here is a screengrab of the error console.

    https://trapindy.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Capture.jpg

The Network tab of the Console only showed Non-Blocking (no 404 wording/Firefox).

This seems to be the script that isn’t loading in firefox or chrome for this site as indicated by the Network tab of the Chrome.

The Chart Bundle is a 521 Error.

    Thanks for confirming, @broadrippleunlimited

Did you add the define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to the wp-config? I’m curious if that had any effect at all or not.

It appears the 521 error may be in relation to Cloudflare — so there may be intermittent blocking in effect. Have you had a look on that side if you’re using Cloudflare?

    Thanks,
    Scott

Really fixed it this time. I had Cloudflare IPs that were blocked in server blocklist. Apologies for the inconvenience and I appreciate the assistance provided.
