Missing Options

I am using the “https://preview.themeforest.net/item/woffice-intranetextranet-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/11671924?_ga=2.226814360.480532838.1594956557-1103483585.1562984007” theme, everytime i download the WP-HR plugin, it makes most of the “admin” functions disappear from the dashboard.

How can i fix this so i can take use this software? We have downloaded all of the options and are on a 14 day trial, we would like to use this software before it charges us to ensure we dont have any further fatal errors of this kind.
