WP Mega Menu Controls on Menu page Missing!

I worked for months getting this menu just right and today I went to enter one change clicked Appearance>Menues and clicked on my main menu and the controls that are usually on the menu item so I can edit the WP Mega Menu, you know the little blue boxes, are not there at all. The menu looks fine on the front end, but I need to edit it and now cannot. There was an update a short while ago. Did something change? I love this tool and this menu so I really hope this can be fixed so I can do the edits. Please advise asap.
