Invalid WooCommerce API key

Hi guys! How are you?
I’m trying to connect this site: https://www.kincustom.com/build-your-brand with my woocomemrce.
I have been following these steps: https://knowledge.kincustom.com/knowledge/how-to-integrate-with-woo?_ga=2.201987793.1195451028.1595412493-1567532280.1595412493
But when I enter the keys I get this: “Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)”
