Visualizer Conflict with Password-Protected Pages

This is a configuration problem and not a problem with the plugin.

This page works with up to 3 embedded graphs. Once a fourth is added, the page crashes.

The server logs show no errors and there are plenty of resources. The server is running PHP 7.3.16. Can you provide any further information for me to resolve this issue?

@kreativesolutionsllc there is no limitation on the number of graphs. This issue looks similar to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/pages-break-with-more-than-10-charts/. This is not an issue with the plugin because the page itself does not load. You may want to enable logging on your instance to see exactly what’s wrong.

After enabling logging, it appears the SG Optimizer plugin is causing PHP notices and warnings. It is the performance optimizer plugin that comes with Siteground hosting. I have reached out to their support channel to troubleshoot further.

For anyone using Siteground hosting that has a similar problem, here was my fix:

Go to Dashboard > SQ Optimizer > Frontend Optimization

Turn off “Minify the HTML Output”

Clear browser cache & try again.
