Customer can Change Status order to Complete

    Hi
    I have question,
    when the order has entered processing status, the customer can confirm that the order has arrived and the order status has changed to complete ,

    the scenario is
    – customers make new orders
    – when the order status is processing and was shipped
    – on My Account page there is a button to confirm that the order has arrived and change the order status to completed

    Hey @julio000 so do I understand it correctly you’re looking for a solution where only once the customer confirms something has arrived, the order status will be “Complete”?

    Bear in mind that most merchants do not want to work like this, because once the customer has received a package they don’t want to spend time confirming they’ve received it. In most cases, the merchants will mark it as complete once the shipping company has taken over.

    That said, I’m not aware of any extensions than can do this. We do offer a list of developer on our WooCommerce Customizations Page who could build this for you.
