Feature Request – Post Notifications on week days only

I have a daily newsletter (Post Notifications) sending out every week day morning. I have to de-activate it on Friday (to prevent it be mailed out on Saturday) and re-activate it on Monday before the sending time.

Is it possible to refine the scheduling to be able to select week days only?

Also you can only schedule newsletters on hourly basis, it would be great to be able to schedule on minute basis.
