Basic instructions

Is there a basic user manual for this because I think I am missing something. I installed the plug in and now have a SCPO Setting page that has Sort Posts Types (I selected Link Library, the only one I need this for) and a bunch of on/off sliders under “Check to Sort Taxonomies.”

Now what? What does flipping those switches do? I am trying for my Link Library results to sort in “Published By” order. I am reading about this apps “drag and drop” functionality but I see nothing to drag and drop. Where should I be looking?
