How to edit submitted listings

How to edit Google Maps in the submitted listings? There is no way admin could see the submitted maps – except post factum, on the published page.

Second question: How to allow Edit listing for the user or agent? User can enter the edit page but cannot save the edit. Moreover, on the edit page, Google Map is reverting to the default location set in the GM settings.
