woocommerce attributes won’t show archive

This doc suggests this URL structure: https://yourstore.com/pa_attribute/term/ to show all products whithin that attribute term whereas my site generates https://yourstore.com/attribute/term/ when I click on an attribute on single product page. Am I missing something?

by the way to make sure I’m getting it right, I made a page with URL https://yourstore.com/pa_attribute and set it as parent page for another page with the attribute term as title so that I could replicate https://yourstore.com/pa_attribute/term/ in hopes of seeing all products with that attribute term on this page; however the content of this new page is blank.

needless to say instead of attribute and term in above URLS i’m using related slugs. and I’m using oceanwp theme

Does it work with other themes or the issue is only with the oceanwp theme?
Please switch to the default theme and check.

@abhikr781 I just switched to default 2020 theme and still no luck. I’m having this issue on several websites in fact. is it just me? do you have same issue with woocommerce websites?

If it is not working with the default theme it means it is not a theme issue. Try to contact the woo-commerce support regarding the issue.
