To use this plugin you just need to install and activate it. After doing this, you will see the dropdown menu for the State and City field for the supported countries in the shipping and billing address forms.

This plugin was created to improve the UX for the billing and shipping forms. For now, this plugin only helps you to create shipping zones by States. The best way to limit the shipping zone to a city is using the Zip Code, but I know for some countries this isn’t good. This article from WooCommerce Docs can helps you: Setting up Shipping Zones

I added two experimental filter hooks to Algeria that may work for your case. Please, read this comment and tell me if it fit to your needs, so I can add the filters to your countries too. By the way, don’t miss telling me what is your country.

Since you haven’t responded since a few days ago, I assume you solved the issue by upgrading the plugin to the latest version, so I will mark this topic as resolved.

By the way, in the next release will be available new filters for States and Places of all countries.

Thanks for the plugin, it is very useful. I have tried the filter you have included for the pious from Algeria (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/show-a-specific-state/#post-12681489) and it seems very useful. I would like to know if there is any possibility in future updates to include the filter for the other pías, My pías is Peru and it would help me a lot.

Como imagino que eres de Perú, te escribo en espa?ol para que sea más fácil comunicarnos :). Te informo que los filtros ya se han incluido en la versión en desarrollo, dentro de las ubicaciones de primer nivel (departamentos, en Perú) y segundo nivel (distritos, en Perú) de todos los países disponibles. Apenas termine de escribir el manual de uso, lanzaré la versión 1.3, con la que podrás comenzar a usarlos para modificar las ubicaciones de Perú.

Aprovechando el mensaje… ?habrá alguna forma de trazar un costo fijo por distritos (ubicación de segundo nivel)?.

La única solución que he podido ver es trabajar con los códigos postales pero los códigos postales no son precisos en todo Peru.

Este plugin está pensando principalmente en la mejora de la experiencia de usuario al momento de completar los formularios de direcciones y no tanto en la gestión de las zonas de envío.

Aun así, como te habrás dado cuenta, el plugin a?ade los departamentos (en el caso de Perú) a las Región(es) de la zona y los puedes seleccionar al establecer una nueva zona de envío. Por lo pronto, no es posible a?adir de forma nativa divisiones de menor nivel, como los distritos. Para ello tendrías que seguir trabajando con los códigos postales (no muy práctico, lo sé) o con un plugin adicional de gestión de zonas de envío como WooCommerce Advanced Shipping (es de pago), que te permite crear reglas basadas en campos específicos como el de ciudad. De todos modos, no descarto la idea de a?adir esta mejora el futuro.
