Showing only excerpt on blog page

I am using the free version of the theme and would like to display only the excerpt on blog page instead of the full post as it’s showing now.

Please advise how may I do that as I chose “show summary” on WordPress setting but that doesn’t work. There’s no option on theme customiser.
