Error when upgrading to WP 5.5-RC1

FYI,
When upgrading to WP 5.5-RC1 – the following error occurs:
wp-bulk-delete-admin.js?ver=1.1.3:93 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).live is not a function

Tested with WP 5.5-RC1
All other plugins disabled.
Twenty Twenty theme.

This might have to do with https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/37110 (Update to jQuery 3.x)
