Looking for plugin to open links in a frame

Anybody know a plugin that will allow me to open links in a frame. I want to be able to set particular links only. Similar to this page: https://teenormous.com/go?id=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bustedtees.com
It opened Busted Tees in a frame and gave a coupon and message in the frame.
