Plugin Conflict

When using Ninja Forms WP fastest cache pro makes the Ninja form disappears. I’ve set up a rule to remove the cache for the contact page but get the same results. This occurs on all my sites that I use ninja forms and WPFC pro version. This is a live site and can’t have the WPFC pro version active so they can continue to get contacts via the web.
