activation mail failed

    Hi, I ‘ve got the plugin installed in my website since 4 months ago. I’m doing some tests now and the activation e-mail is not being sent to the new users. I have not upladed the plugin with the new version, but I don’t think it has somtheing to do with this. What can be happening

    Hi @annaferrevi,

    Can you please check whether you receive other emails from WordPress e.g. password reset etc. Go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and make sure that the emails are active and enabled.
    You can install and setup an SMTP plugin and see if it helps.

    I’m also experiencing this issue. All emails are working (Password reset, etc) except for the activation link.
