I visited the website and it seems that you’re not using the WPForms plugin. Further, the problem you’re facing is actually related to the comments area, where I don’t see the WPForms being activated. Further inspecting the website it seems that the theme CSS might be conflicting which is the reason why you’re not able to make the selection in the checkbox. In case it helps to avoid any confusion, the checkbox you’re added is not a WPForms plugin element. In that regard, it falls outside the scope of support we can offer.

However, as you’ve reached out to us and as a member of the WPForms community, we’ll offer you the solution even though the issue you’re facing is not related to the WPForms plugin.

To fix this, please try the following custom CSS snippet:

p.comment-form-cookies-consent {
    clear: both !important;
}
