    Hi,
After I upgraded the plugin from the admin panel it broke my wp-admin panel. (from version v1.0.45 to v1.0.46) Every time it says “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. Tried with restarting the server and going back one version of the plugin. In both cases, it brakes the panel and I can’t do anything.

    Hello @mrgkanev

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Did you update any other plugin/theme as well along with Rank Math as reverting to the older version is not helping as well?

Please try to change the folder name of Rank Math using FTP and then try to log in, if you are able to log in, then there seems like a conflict with one of the plugins. If not, then you got to do it for every plugin on your site until you are able to log in.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I didn’t update anything more when I updated Rank Math. (I update plugin by plugin and check for problems.) The strange thing is that when I renamed the plugin folder now it works. (added an S after it) Checked and everything works. I’m not sure why and how. I used the plugin before and have been for more than 2-3 months and have updated most of the plugins at least once so this is really strange.

    Hello,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), and the issue is resolved, we are closing this topic.

If that is not the case, please feel free to open a new support topic or reply to this one and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
