Analytics and other data not showing

    I installed Site Kit on my WordPress site and connected Google Analytics but no in the Dashbord no data is showing, there is only this message: “Analytics data is not yet available, please check back later”.

    From the Google Analytics page I can see some data, but only from mobile devices. I tested myself and when connecting from a mobile device the current user counter add 1 user.

    How I can fix this problem? I already tried resetting Site Kit, deleting it and re-installing it again, but nothing changes.

    Thanks for getting in touch. If you’ve just connected Site Kit it may take some time for data to appear.

    From the Google Analytics page I can see some data, but only from mobile devices. I tested myself and when connecting from a mobile device the current user counter add 1 user.

    If you’re referring to your visits to your site from mobile this may be as a result of not being logged into your site. If you’re not seeing your desktop website visits included in your stats it may be as a result of being logged in from the same browser session, with logged in traffic not counted in live reporting.

    Can you check your Analytics live traffic report once more after visiting your site as a logged out user?
