    Whenever I want to go to the settings to launch the application I am getting an error

    Error: Invalid access, Payload mismatched. Please contact us

    I have sent a message to support a few weeks ago but never got a reply.
    It seems to work fine for the customers, they are getting their points and can redeem, only I do not have the slightest chance to launch the application.

    Woocommerce and WordPress are both up to date, so is the plugin.

    Can you please sort this out?

    This should typically be resolved once you uninstall, delete and then re-install the plugin again.
