@erinsumm – Sorry to hear that, but without an error message it is difficult to say what might be going on.

Now I will say we have only seen 1 fatal error issue, but it is less related to our code and more to a library maintained by WooCommerce that use. Apparently there is a very rare (1/10000 sites) bug causing a db table to not get generated in that library.

In those cases if you install the Action Scheduler plugin and visit the Tools -> Action Scheduler page it seems to resolve it by recreating the missing table.

    Action Scheduler: https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler/releases/tag/3.1.6
    Existing Issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler/issues/587

Otherwise if it is not related to that issue, we are not currently tracking it and would need as much detail on the error message and circumstances as possible. Error logs specifically but also PHP & MySQL versions along with a list of active plugins & theme.

Happy to help with that if you want to submit a ticket at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

Also something to think about, with 500k+ sites using our plugins, issues with “breaks my site” that don’t come with 1000’s of other users reporting the same issue tend to either not be related to our code at all (99%), or are rare edge cases (1%) that we simply couldn’t test for or didn’t know existed. When we release buggy code, its generally easy to detect as we get a lot of reports very quickly.
