Restrict Content based User role does not work with Oxygen Builder

I am trying to implement Tutor LMS with Oxygen builder, but the built in ‘Content Permission’ are not working, may be the oxygen template system is overriding the tutor lms content permissions [ for different users roles ], I tried a work around by using oxygen conditional api, but it would be much easier to get it done with ‘Content Permission’ of Tutor LMS
