I got a small litlle window that says: To continue using Wordfence, you will need to review and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Click Resume Installation to begin.

But when I click there is only the help page, no place where I can accept the terms.

    Very annoying.

    Regards,

    G?ran

I would post a picture if it was possible…

Can you try loading the page while keeping a Browser Console open to see if you can detect any JavaScript errors or files that fail to load? If you see any red text in the console, please take a screenshot of it (You may have to click on it to expand the section) and send it to me at wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com and I will help you interpret the errors. Make sure you add your forum username (bror) in the subject line and a link to this post in the message body (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/stuck-on-the-review-and-accept-terms/. Having this same problem. Wordfence has successfully locked me out of its plugin. Congratulations guys! And I see this is an issue that has been going on for a long time. (Two years?) I’ve tried a number of work arounds suggested on other boards. None have worked. GET SOMEBODY TO FIX THIS. THIS IS CRAZY.

For me just now having what seems to be the same problem, installing the “Enable JQuery Migrate Helper” plugin solved the problem. The terms of service review apparently relies on a jquery function that no longer works without the helper plugin.

Thanks for the tip, @rtatsi. I tinkered around eventually discovered it was in conflict with a script in my theme. I’ll check out the plugin for future use.
