The plugin stopped working

  • Hi,

    I have just noticed that the plugin stopped working.

    Instead of photos on the website, only these codes are visible – [foogallery id=“1151″].

    I did not do any changes recently, so I have no idea what could have happened.

    Please advise.

    Would you please check your settings and confirm that the FooGallery plugin is still installed and activated?

    The shortcodes showing suggests that the plugin has been been deactivated.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Hi there! Thanks for such a rapid response.

    Interesting thing. I see that FooBox Image Lightbox plugin is installed and active, but FooGallery Image Gallery – Responsive Photo Gallery is not there.

    I am sure I did not delete or deactivate anything. If I try to install FooGallery Image Gallery – Responsive Photo Gallery plugin, it says “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists”. However, this plugin is not even visible in my plugin list.

    Please advise.
