products not importing

    we are trying this plugin for the first time, copy and pasted Domain and Secret Key in Chrome extension. When trying to import, it just says as “importing” and doesn’t import anything into our wordpress website. It is almost 40min now, still says importing, doubled checked Domain & key as well.

    Any help is appreciated.
