    Per mods rules that everyone needs their own thread.

    New update broke connection. Doesn’t show proper Instagram account and wont finish the onboarding process.

    products are now out of sync. ??

    Thanks so much for opening up a new support thread.

    We’ve identified an issue in the latest update that is affecting a small portion of our users. There’s an issue happening on the Facebook side and we’re working closing with Facebook to help in their investigation.

    Right now, we don’t have an estimated time for this fix, though this is our top priority.

    You can roll back to the 1.11.4 version if you like, as there should be no side effects from that. You can read more about this here:
