Zoom-Meeting-Countdown is 0 (empty)

    Hi, I installed and activated the eroom plugin in my wordpress. Zoom Api Key is correct.
    I created a Zoom-Meeting, but countdown doesnot show the remaining time.

    Please help. Thank you!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

    Also, please check the issue by deactivating all the plugins and activate the WordPress default theme.

    We have checked the issue on our testing environments and could not detect any issues.

    We are using Eroom Version 1.1.3. And WordPress 5.4.2

    And we are using Bridge Theme: https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/

    How can I switch the standard Theme only for eroom plugin? Or the whole site should use the default theme?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your request!
    The latest version of the plugin is 1.1.8 now, so please update to the latest one. You are not asked to use the default theme. You needed to deactivate the theme and then activate it. However, you can test with the default theme too.
